OUR SERVICES
Phoenix Commercial Solutions LTD offer our clients two services, namely consulting and/ or Project Management for our solutions. With both services, we act on the client’s behalf and will proceed in their best interests at all times. Our process is specifically designed to understand the needs and challenges of our client, and assist to overcome them. In the interest of forming a solid relationship with our clients, we conduct our business in an open, honest and transparent manner.
Consulting Services
As part of our consulting service, our clients will have access to all our resources, namely our suppliers and installers.
Our consulting process:
- Client consult to discuss their current and future needs and to get a firm understanding of what they do, how they do it and what their future growth plans are.
- Construct a preliminary solution based on information or drawings given.
- Site Visit – To finalise the solution. (There are normally things that we see on site that are not apparent on the drawings that may affect the solution)
- Write a report explaining the solution including our recommendations and benefits of the solution.
- Present our complete solution with explanations on why we suggest that solution for that project, so our clients fully understand the reasons behind our solution. A discussion on what their thoughts are about the solution, how it fits in to your budget and how you would like to proceed. We will offer our advice here if needed
- We will set up a proof of concept if the client is undecided.
- Finally, we offer our client a finance option; this is to alleviate the capital cost by changing it from capital cost to an operational cost, where the client can pay instalments over a period. The financing is designed to fit the client’s needs. We will provide a finance officer to the client to discuss the options available to them.
Project Management Services
Our Project Management Services process follows on from our consulting service and is very hands on, as we manage the whole process from start to finish.
Our Project Management process:
- Establish a comprehensive time line for the delivery of the equipment and installation.
- Phoenix Commercial Solutions lawyer will draft a contract based on the time line with enforceable penalties should the supplier or installer run over the allotted time. Once the contracts have been signed the project will begin
- Once the project has been completed, the handover will take place between the installer and Phoenix Commercial Solutions LTD. We will conduct an inspection and draft a snag list of issues that the installer needs to deal with before the handover takes place between Phoenix Commercial Solutions and the client. On completion of the snag list, Phoenix Commercial Solutions will conduct a second inspection to make sure that every issue has been dealt with.
- On the handover between Phoenix Commercial Solutions and the client, the client will conduct their own inspection of the project before signing off.
- The client will receive progress reports on the project until completion and hand over to the client. This will include the training and commissioning of the solution.
